Varied diet and healthy lifestyle are important to maintain health.
Ingredients: capsule content: triglycerides of saturated fatty acids with medium chain length, cholecalciferol. The capsule shell: pork gelatin, humectants: glycerol; water.
Content of vitamins in a recommended daily intake- 1 capsule (% of NRV)
Vitamin D-800 IU- 20 µg (400%)
Grab the end of capsule, turn it and tear it off. Then squeeze the content directly to mouth, on spoon or add to food. Do not swallow the capsule shell.
It is recommended to consume 1 capsule daily.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of the product.
Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute of a varied diet.
